Group Music Therapy Sessions

Creating space for community and participation, these sessions promote empowerment and self-advocacy by incorporating participants’ preferred music and prioritizing enjoyment over therapeutic goals. Facilitated by a certified music therapist trained to adapt situationally and ensure the ethical use of music.

Sessions may be reimbursable through Passport or SSAH funding.

Recreational Music Sessions

An effective option for individuals in rural or remote locations, those with mobility or transportation barriers, or anyone who benefits from receiving music therapy within the comfort and familiarity of their home environment.
